Rigid frames made with 1 1/4" tubing for 180 width rear tires~

• DOM steel 1 1/4" tubing,mandrel bent
• DOM steel 1 1/2" tubing for the backbone
• TIG/MIG welded
• Frames will accept evolution motors (except twin cams), shovelhead, panhead engines with clearance for cylinders up to 0.200" taller than stock evolution.

 Frames are engineered to accept 180 width rear tires with 1 1/2" belt drive, or 200width rear tire with chain drive. The frame has a built in offset so no spacing is required and will accept the stock motor and tranny. All frames come complete with a manufacturers statement of origin.

• Rear fender mounts provide a solid, secure platform for a wide variety of fenders.
• Gas tank mounts are welded to the frame and accept softail-style flatside tanks. Frames with 8" front rail stretches are delivered without tank mount welded.
• Oil tank mounts are set up to accept stock, or custom softail-style oil tanks/bags.
• Beefy 1 1/2" tubing on the back bone.
• Front motor mount is solid steel.Wide tire models come with built-in off sets.
• Frames come with a one piece welded in tranny plate with built in off set, providing the best possible driveline alignment as well as unit contruction strength.
• Provisions for 1986 to 1999 softail-style brake calipers and caliper brackets.
• Rear axle carriers are solid steel.
