 The kit comes complete with one left and one right hand Signal Mirror assembly, wire, connectors and installation instructions. 

Every year there are over 300,000 lane-changing and merging traffic accidents.  Over 700 of these accidents result in fatalities. Signal® mirrors are positioned at the eye level of adjacent drivers making them more noticeable than conventional tail lights.

With the increased popularity of taller vehicles, i.e. SUV's, trucks, and mini-vans, a motorcycle has a greater probability of becoming "hidden" by these larger vehicles.  The high intensity light from the Signal® mirrors may be the only visible indicator to drivers two or three cars back.

Drivers in the colored "blind spots" are alerted of the intentions of a motorcycle equipped with Signal® mirrors.

Reaction Time

Signal® mirrors use LED lamps which illuminate 1/5 of a second faster than conventional incandescent tail lights. This provides drivers in the "blind spot" of the Signal® mirror equipped vehicle an additional 17 feet of reaction distance when traveling at 65 m.p.h. Thus, unlike other accessories that soften an accident, Signal® mirrors actually may help prevent one.
