One piece chopper custom gas tank with square cut rear. Fits custom applications, uses pop-up style gas cap-NOT INCLUDED (style E) holds approx. 4 gallons (US).

No exspense was spared in the construction and finish quality of this gas tank! All visible welds ( when Mounted on bike) have been finished and polished to give a nice smooth seamless appearance, And then phosphate etched to help prevent corrosion and give a good surface for primers to adhere.

The tank is mounted to the frame using the supplied weld on brackets. When the brackets have been installed they mount to the gas tank using the recessed rubber mounting system which isolates it from vibration and give a flush look!

Comes with weld to frame brackets, rubbers and mounting hardware, stainless filler bung, stainless 13/16" (22mm) petcock outlet and stainless breather tube!

NOTE~ Before painting or modification, we recommend that you mount the tank and check all frame and fork clearances. Gas tanks come with custom mountings including weld on mounting brackets. We recommend a qualified welder mounts the brackets to the frame.

All gas tanks must be pressure tested, cleaned with tank cleaner and sealed before apinting to protect the final finish and prevent internal rusting during winter storage. Always install the gas tank before painting or modifying to check  fork, triple tree, and handlebar clearances.
