The primary offset kit in combinatiuon with the new

ZODIAC Swingarm and frame plate allows the use of

up to 300mm tires in stock and most aftermarket

Softail frames! To take the extra load off the crank, a

complete new primary spacer with integrated crankshaft

support bearing was designed. The complete kit contains~

Primary Spacre with intergrated support bearing, crankshaft

extention, extended crankshaft nut, extended transmission

main shaft, extended main gear with needle bearings and seal,

offset final drive pulley, extended belt pulley spacer, extended

clutch push rod, extended starter jack shaft, starter jack shaft spacer,

transmission spacer and all required gaskets, seals, and hardware.

The extended mainshaft and 5th gear are CNC machined by one

of the Worlds leading automotive transmission manufacturers

and machined from high stress 20CrMnT gear steel. Gear and

shaft have a surface hardness of 60 Rockwell and are tempered

and stress released to a core harness of 35 to 45 Rockwell.
