Fits Evolution Big Twin models 1991 to 1999,

Dyna Twin Cam models 1999 to 2005

And Softail Twin Cam models 2000 to 2006.

25mm (0.984") offset Primary Kit.

 Contrary to Evolution models it is not possible

to move the transmission on twin cam models to

the left as these models have the transmission bolted

to the crankcase. The Zodiac off set kit enable you to

move your primary 12mm (0.472") or 25mm (0.984"~Kit 13016)

without moving your stock or aftermarket 5 speed tranny.

The kit comes with an extended transmission shaft and 

main drive 5th gear, leaving the transmission housing in exactly

the same place but allowing the front final drive pulley 12mm or 0.472"

thus ceating space for the wide rear tire. The 12mm kit allows the use

of a 200 tire with the stock belt in an Evolutinon or Twin Cam frame.

The 25mm kit allows you to use a 230 tire on a 7.50" rim in both the

Evolution and twin Cam frames if the late type  "narrow" final drive

belt is used. If a chain is used,  the stock frames will accept up to 250

on 9" rims. The transmission main shaft and drive gear are CNC machined

by one of the worlds leading automotive transmission factories. The material used

is high stress 20CrMnT gear steel. Gears and shafts are tempered stress

released to a core hardness of 35 to 40 Rockwell and have a surface

hardness of 58 to 60 Rockwell. Our off set primary kits contain~

primary spacer ring, extended crankshaft extention and nut,extended transmission

main shaft, extended main drive 5th gearwith needle bearings and seal,

extended belt pulley spacer, extended clutch push rod, extended starter 

jackshaft (25mm kit only) starter jack spacer, primary to transmission spacer,

and all the required hardware. When you have a 1991 thru 1993 model 5

speed transmission, you must order a countershaft 5th gear, extended 

starter jackshaft bolts, and late style final drive pulley separatley. Wide

swingarm and fender strutts must also be ordered separately.
